Each frame of fresh honey weighs a minimum of 1.5kg, including the frame, wax, and packed with Highland Ling Heather Honey, exactly as the bees created it. No extraction, no processing, just the pure architecture of their craft.
 
This is the ultimate honey in its most natural form, a living piece of the hive, sealed in delicate wax comb by our bees at the height of the heather bloom. You can cut sections straight from the frame, enjoying the unique texture and complex flavour of raw comb honey: deep, aromatic notes of toffee, caramel, and wild heather, balanced by the floral sharpness that makes Ling Heather so prized.
 
Every frame is hand-selected from our own hives in the Scottish Highlands, where our bees spend the summer working the purple heather moors. The result is a rare, small-batch delicacy, a true reflection of the landscape, harvested just once a year.
