After seven years of sharing our journey through boats, beekeeping, and building a life in the Highlands, I’ve found myself returning to something I never expected... My old job!
Before Foxes Afloat, I was a full-time personal trainer, helping people feel better in their bodies and more confident in themselves. And over the past few months, that part of me, the part that wants to help, guide, and support, has been quietly resurfacing. This video is a personal one. It’s not a channel rebrand, and it’s definitely not a goodbye. Foxes Afloat isn’t changing. We’ll still be sharing life here on the croft, all the chaos, the chickens, and the calm moments too. But something new has been quietly brewing alongside it. Something built for those of you who’ve written to me over the years saying, “I’m getting older and I feel it,” “My body isn’t what it used to be.” “I want to feel better, but I don’t know where to start.” That’s why I’ve returned to personal training, and like last time, it’s focused entirely on men over 50, because that’s who I am, and it’s who most of you are, too. (except the ladies!) I do train younger guys, too, by the way!
